I found this yesterday growing out of the base of an old tree stump in a "thick" part of my yard. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is the native Vancouver Island Lonicera ciliosa. What is the easiest way for me to propagate it and help it grow in other "thick" spots?

Google lonicera ciliosa propagation and see what comes up. You will probably ending up trying cuttings, if your interest is maintained to that point.

I don't know if it works with Lonicera, but tip layering is a convenient way to propagate many vines.
