It looks like the clivias I used to have. They look really nice when the flowers grow in a round cluser above a long stalk (like 6 inches), but lots of times mine would look like that, or would start like that and then later would flower on another stalk, or the stalk under the blossom like that would finally grow and other blossoms would come out.
