    i-think-i-might-be-an-orchid-killer!!..its-my-first-orchid-and-its-lost-all-its-leaves...the-roots-are-still-green-and-moist....is-there-any-hope?...(the-spacebar-key-has-decided-not-to-work-today!sorry!!)

    There may be hope if you are willing to do what the orchid needs to survive. Take a look at this post and read all the discussion including the links provided. Since you appear to be new to orchids you need to understand some basic concepts of caring for orchid species. Orchids cannot be put in the window and just cared for when the whim strikes! If you are willing to give them what they need on a regular basis you might have a chance. Might!
