In The Garden: Only growing where I gardened last year

    Hi, These are growing only where I gardened last year. Can you give me some suggestions on what they might be? I live in Palm Harbor, FL. Thanks :)

    Hm, looks like a Parietaria sp. (?)

    Does it have square stems?? My first thought was Common Chickweed: Stellaria media but it just doesn't seem quite right. I am anxious to hear what others say.

    YES! Parietaria! Thank you... I have found (to the best of my ability) 2 species sofar, the florida and california I think. Thanks again :)

    No, Stems are completely round :) Looks like it has a pair of tiny spikey/fuzzy flower buds at the base of each leaf stem. I'll wait till they flower and take another pic.
