    Hello
www.gardentia.net is a unique & only website which provides vast information on plants. This website can be accessed free. It gives tips on cultivation of plants & also about pests, diseases, pesticides etc. It also informs about forthcoming horticultural events. It has Nursery & related service providers' addresses too. Though the site is still under construction, it has more than 750 plants with their photographs. I shall be grateful if you visit the site & let me have your opinion about the site. Thanks.

Well, it's a nice looking website, and well put together, but you did ask for comments. I only looked at one category (bonsai) and have to tell you that a lot of the basic info. given is just wrong, which could easily lead people to be upset after losing their trees. Also, the book is written from the viewpoint of someone living in your climate (I'm certainly unfamiliar with a lot of the plants mentioned) and while there's nothing wrong with that, it may 'sell' a lot better there than in N. America or even Europe. Good luck with it, but I'd be careful about accuracy when compiling something like that, though it's possible your info. in other categories is better.

Thanks a ot for your response. I will be grateful, if you let me know, which info. about bonsai notes is incorrect. There are so many rituaistic processes followed unnessesarily in bonsai. I have been doing & training many students with the my method. All of them are very happy. Also, I may mention that my website gives info for conditions prevailing in tropical India. Info given by Western websites & books do not suit here. So it wil be wrong on my part to call those websites /books as wrong. Any way thanks again for yourresponse.
