Each tree I apply dormant spray to this one 7 foot tree. And yet each year most of the apples look like this inside: http://st.houzz.com/simgs/a952dc5704b35332_8-8388/home-design.jpg First of course what is the issue here? And secondly what can be done to protect the tree?
