Would like to know if the tree I describe is dying? I have noticed peeling bark on most of the main branches coming off the trunk. There is a whole lot of sap also coming out of the branches and orange/white fungus on several branches. I tried treating with fungicides, but only to see it spread. Concerned about branches falling, because I have small kids in the yard playing. Please let me know if the tree is a goner?
