Okay What is this? Neighbor said it's cannabis

I found this plant growing along the walk stair way of my front yard. It was green all summer now that the cold has set in it is getting brownish redish. My neighbor said it was Cannabis. We do not use marijuana so not sure if it is really that. If anybody knows what it is please share. My first thought was maybe a Japenese Maple.

Perhaps a chaste tree. There is more than one seedling, look for parent plant nearby.

Thank you it is a chaste Tree, I walked in the neighborhood and found about 8 of them growing on the neighbors front yard hill.
Wow I am lucky it is a beautiful tree. Now I wonder if I can transplant it as it is on my stair walkway going down a very steep front entryway.

 

They transplant easily when dormant, so wait for leaf drop to do the move.

I will it looks like the leaves are starting to drop. I am very excited to have this tree. I wanted one about three years ago but could not find one. I then just put it out of my head. Yippeee I got it anyway....
