    * Several Okame cherry trees are blooming at the parkade entrance by the UBC ASian Centre. see UBC neighbourhood for pictures. (Prunus 'Okame') (P. incisa x P. campanulata)

    Fairview: one young tree that seems to be a mistake, planted among the blocks of Ranchos on Granville at 11th, outside the Stanley Theatre; not sure this is still there

    Kitsilano: 6th east of Stephen, 1 tree, and
    2nd Ave, NW corner of Maple, and "Country Lane" east of Maple at 5th, see photos.

    Tsawwassen, 9 Ave at 56 St, three trees, see photos
