I live in Southern Pa. Montgomery County. I have 4 large oak trees 1 is approx. 100 yrs. old. This year I have noted that the leaves are dropping early they have dark spots on them and then turn black and roll up similiar to a caccoon. Also I am noticing in some cases they are falling in clusters.

Any idea what the problem is?

    Thanks

The 'falling in clusters' could just be squirrels sharpening their teeth by cutting twigs.
