I just planted a Chinkapin Oak sappling about a month ago and it has oak tree wilt already. Is there any way to save this tree or should i just rip it out and if I have to remove it can i plant another tree there or not?

Give it some shade and water, including mist-spraying the foliage to keep it cool and damp, until it can grow new roots.
