I have had this house plant for over 10 years. It has absolutely beautiful big orange flowers once a year and long green leaves that can get to be almost 2 feet long and hang over the plant. It is a bulb plant of some type. Once a year it gets multiple shoots that are over 2 feet long and at the end there are 3-4 large orange flowers with 5 long curled petals on each flower. This time when it flowered the last shoot had some pouches beneath the flowers that look like green covering over 3 marbles. Not sure what it is. Thanks for help.

This is a wild guess, but maybe a Clivia? Is there any way you could post us a picture of your plant?

I checked it on the internet and that looks like it is the right one. I am attempting to attach a photo here. Not sure it that will come through though.
