Not a yellow flower this time....

    A light blue to lavender flower with extremely fine leaves -- almost looks like the ones you see in hanging baskets. This was in a very dry location, fairly open area near Kelowna again. (about 2 km from several houses in a fairly remote area)

    This one is probably Erigeron corymbosus, commonly known as "long-leaved daisy". The authors of Plants of Southern Interior British Columbia note:


    I can't see the colour of the stem base from the photos, but the leaves certainly look long and pointed to me.
