Can someone help me identify this blue wildflower?

Is this blue wildflower Eritrichium howardii? Is it Myosotis alpestris? Or is it something else altogether?

This was taken near Gardner Lake in the Beartooth Mountains of northern Wyoming near the Montana border in late July.

    Thank you.

    Eritrichium nanum.
    E. howardii occurs below 9000 feet, and Myosotis species are taller.
