'Night Bloom'-Cactus

    This is my 4 year old. Winters in the kithchen and summers outdoors on my patio. This is its first Bloom; Sept 19th, 11PM. The blooms lasted for around 10 hours. I am told the cactus is of the 'Echinopsis' Family. Hope you enjoy..Comments Wecome.

    what a beauty!!!! thanks for posting pics!

    i'm just starting to get into cactus/succulents...don't know too much yet, tho. don't have any of this type, yet, either. looks like you know what you're doing!!

    Thank You Joclyn! I was given a 'nub' off a cactus from a friend in 'Bucks' County, Pennsylvania after a visit 4 years ago, thus I call him Buck...

    you're obviously taking very good care of buck!! he's grown amazingly well in four years!

    maybe buck's nub wants to come back to pennsy? i've a nice spot on a windowsill here in montgomery county (which is right next store to bucks county)...
