Benishidare, pink weeping / cascading, unfortunately heavily pruned but still beautiful. In front of Emmanuel Pentacostal Church on Carnarvon & 4th.
Thanks WCutler for helping identify them.
On the same street are other trees not yet in bloom ... especially trees surrounding Dorchester House on corner of 4th.

Kanzan trees @ Fraser Cemetery, 100 Richmond Street, New Westminster, on both sides of the street. Great views of the Fraser River, the Port Mann Bridge, Surrey skyline ... and on clear days, you can see Mount Baker. You can watch the sun rising on the east. If you get lucky with changing weather, you might catch a view of a rainbow :)

I was with @tknd (Taka), and we were surprised but thrilled to see the 'Washi-no-o' in Queen's Park in full bloom.

Taka remembered liking this branch growing along the ground.

I didn't remember all this sucker growth on this tree.

Lone cherry tree in bloom at one of the
Richmond St cemeteries in New Westminster.

@wcutler Thank you for identifying the
    cultivar: Washi-no-o.
The Kanzan trees are not yet in bloom.

Does anyone know if the 'Whitcomb' cherries at 22nd Street Station are still there? I looked four days ago and saw nothing, thought maybe only early 'Whitcomb' are in bloom so far. But now I see the young 'Whitcomb' at VanDusen (posted by @Anne Eng at https://forums.botanicalgarden.ubc.ca/threads/shaughnessy.36222/page-12#post-448968), so I wonder if I need to remove the 22nd Street trees from the map. I didn't find any cherry-looking trees, but they would not be the first cherries I missed seeing when they were not in bloom and show all 'Whitcomb' as in bloom now.

Beautiful Akebono trees on 75 Kwantlen Ct take your breath away! The only imperfection is a big green container sitting on the street.

All I saw were trees! How did you even see the container?

Two Washi-no-0 trees in Queen's Park near Vancouver street have a lot of shoots around them. The shoots have some flowers on them, but the trees only have few. I didn't find the third tree. I like the tree which has a branch on the ground so it will let you see flowers easily without hurting your back and neck.

Washi-no-o trees on Seventh avenue near 4th street seem going to bloom soon. You can spot few flowers on every tree. These trees would have even better form if no power lines' trims.

I hope there are buds on the trees, just not open yet. I thought it would be early for them. The third tree was on the right side as you're looking from the street. It could be easy to miss if not yet in flower.
