Out of all the stuff here, just 5 in total that I haven't been able to figure out, thats not bad for a 130 yr old farm property with so much history! :) Although I was embarrassed I didn't figure out the hydrangea! There are still a few trees I've yet to figure out, but I haven't given up on those yet! :)

Anyhow, here are my second set (and last) set... just two... can you tell what they are??

First is what I thought to be some sort of hosta or similar plant. They grow like a hosta, staying small and don't spread. They sure are cool looking, but I looked at a hosta database and couldn't find it, but the leaves aren't right for hosta anyhow (or at least I think, I sure could be wrong!)... so not sure what it is... could it just be a weed? If so, I don't care, I'm keeping these!! They are neat, and interesting plants! In the picture, the one I am talking about is the ones with the polka dots.

The second picture, appears to be kind of "weedy", but since it seems to be planted, I was guessing maybe it was some sort of "use" plant. Being on a farm, I've found a lot of the plants/things growing here have been planted for a use, rather than just for ornamental value. Anyone?

    Thanks again!!!!

The common name for the Pulmonaria is Bethlehem Sage. They get very pretty bluish purple and/or pink flowers.

Over in Britain the common name for Pulmonaria is Lungwort. Historically they were used to treat bronchial diseases.

Soldiers and sailors for lungwort in Scotland, because the flowers are red and blue on the most commonly grown one.
