Hi I am in a little house in lower north van, the coal dust and the bus fumes are abundant and i would like to plant a south facing garden with a taller tree on the west side, then an "english garden" flowing toward the east across the sidewalk end of my south facing lawn. any suggestons for bad air, lots of sun and partial shade from a weterly mape of gigantic proportions?
    thanks.

You want something that can live in bad air, right?

Not something that converts it (?)

Have a digital camera and cord to connect to your computer?

Because you can attach / post images here.

Try out attaching some photos in The Test Bed to get the hang of things.

It's also acceptable to post a reply with text-only, then a follow-up reply with the images if you have concerns about losing your post again.
