I don't get it. The Arboretum is now to be called the Botanical Garden at the Arboretum? Why not just change Arboretum to Botanical Garden, like when the Rhododendron Species Foundation Garden became the Rhododendron Species Botanical Garden?
I suppose they want to retain the name of the original donor while promoting the location to the public in a name that reflects geography. I know if you visit the web site, "at the Strybing Arboretum" is in very very small text in the logo...
