Don't know about the plant in the middle, but there is a Buddleja (maybe B. davidii) over at the left side.
looks like a sage plant I have not sure of varity they do well here in A.Z to a gofer got mine it was about half that size

The centre one is definitely Perovskia, known as Russin Sage but not a true sage (i.e. Salvia). I can see its pinnatifid leaves when I blow up the pic. Its flower and inflorescence shapes are also distinctive.
