New bush I.D.

The last one went so well that I have another I've been wondering about. Photo was taken of this bush last summer on the Greek island of Andros. I've never seen it before. Any ideas? Thanks to all.

 

Possibly Caesalpinia gilliesii. Common name Bird of paradise.
