    Hi all,
I live in Southern California. 2 weeks ago, I planted a small fuji apple tree and a green gage plum tree in my backyard. Can you tell me how I should care for the trees?
    1) how often do I need to water it? (we hardly have any rain here)
    2) Do I need to use any fertilizers?

    Thanks,

i would wait a lilttle while to fertilize unless you use a diluted solution of water soluable fert. watering will depend on you're soil if it is really dry than you could prob water once a day for a little while than twice a week after that i always say mulch mulch mulch that may reduce the amount of watering you have to do that reminds me i need to go get some mulch
