   Hi all. I was just surfing the web and came across an Acer palmatum 'Alpine Silver Thread'. Anyone ever heard of this cultivar. I cant find it in Vertrees 3rd edition. Thanks Bob.

   I have found 'Alpenweiss' and 'Alpine Surprise' but not 'Silver Thread'
   Elmore will probably have heard of it .. it sounds very new
