Neoregelia (Pink Flower Type)

    Can anyone help me, I have what I'm told is a Neoregelia, but I Do Not know how to care for it. No one seems to know anything about these types of plants. Please someone help me before this plant dies on me.

    its just a bromeliad,i have heard them called lipstick brom. just water when soil dries and they do like the center to hold some water(the prickley part in center)i have over a hundred broms in my yard but only a few of the lipsticks.there are many different varieties and are quite easy to maintain

    Thank you for replying back. I have mine inside, do you think it would prefer to be outdoors? I live in South Georgia. I don't know how they handle cold weather, do you? And again I thank you for your help.

    they are quite hardy,not sure where you are at in ga.i do know they grow well inside with enough light.i havent lost any do to cold here,i have had them for many yaers and it hs gotten to freezing a few times.
