Need tree ID

    Here are photos of a tree that grows all over on my friend's property in Washington state. I have photos of a branch off of it along with a single leaf. It also has clusters of brown seed pods but I didn't get a photo of it. The tree is quite large; maybe 20 feet or more.

    Thanks you for any help on identifying it.

    It looks like Oregon Ash. If the seed pods are flat and wing-shaped, that would nail it.
