We got this tree about 6 years ago from the school during Arbor Day tree give away I think.
The leafs from bud to the tip are around 3 inches to 4.5 inches long.
I have not seen or noticed any fruit or flowers (might be to young to make any at this time)

Hardened off leafs I got from it today (this fall):

Leafs from this spring/summer are shown below:
The third picture I took on a very windy night.

Looks like a species of Rhamnus to me

Thanks every one, I've never thought about it maybe being a species of Rhamnus, it could be. I have thought maybe of it being some kind of crab apple though. I just don't know what it could be. This is the only tree in our yard I don't know what it is called, I just have some ideas.
One tree I thought it might be is some kind of Plum tree but it is unlikely.

Little resemblance to Rhamnus, not even the right leaf arrangement. Ornamental crabapples are common, look for one nearby and compare with yours.

Got to admit I got this one wrong! Not Rhamnus after all.
