   The first photo is Larkspur (Delphinium spp)
   The second photo is a slipper orchid, not a pitcher plant; it's Paphiopedalum spp. or hybrid. Paph 'Juno' is similar, and to narrow it down you can try the Online Orchid Species Dictionary.
