i have planted 5 seeds of broadbean plants before 3 weeks now i see only 3 of them has germinated and they look like they are growing, the issue is i see some small black patches in the leaves, i want to know the reason what caused that, is it a kind of disease? and generally I want to know the ideal conditions for growing broadbean plants, now i have kept all the 3 in a glass bottle but they are growing fast and the roots might break the bottle, i want to know how big these broad bean plants grow and want to know information about the plant disease.

Here we plant broad beans in autumn as a winter crop. They grow tall about 90 cm or more. They need to be supported. I have a feeling they will not like hot weather. I live in the hills and we have a distinct cool season in winter. I just had a look at the map and I may be wrong but I think it may be too warm where you are. Also you are going into your summer season.

kaneem, it not a good idea to grow any plant with the roots in a bottle.Yes, the roots will probably crack the bottle. They need to spread out into the soil to provide stability for the top growth, also to bring the plant food and water. Healthy roots make for a healthy plant. You are making a bonsai broad bean.

Start again and sow 1 seeds in the soil 2" deep. the next seed should be planted 9" away. Cover with soil. Plant a whole row. Water well. They will germinate very quickly in your heat.

In Britain broadbeans can got very tall, 54" although you can get shorter ones.
These are links of how it is done in Britain.

I think that your seedlings have possibly contracted a type of fungus. Whether or not, I feel that the said condition is due to too much moisture (humidity) from the environment in the bottle.
Sounds like Silver has the right idea to start again as per the provided instructions.
