I am a newbee to Palms and need some help identifying and diagnosing what this palm needs especially this first winter. ie: cold frame or burlap wrap? Jimbo747 Nanaimo BC
Jimbo747 ... First off, get rid if the burlap. Once it gets wet it's a breeding ground for mold. A little Epsom Salts (Tbsp per gallon of water) should green this palm up. These are tough palms and shouldn't need much. Cheers, LPN. (Lantzville)
