Identification: Need Indentification for possible Cat toxins

    Please see attached. The leaf is from a plant nearly 10 feet tall in a large pot inside an office of our business. We feel it maybe the source of a Cat (animal) toxin.

    Please help so that we can indentify this as the source or move onto another potential source.

    Can you get a picture of the whole plant? It will be much much easier to ID it and thereby determine its toxicity if we can see the whole thing.

    Is that leaf from a circluarly arranged bundle, or is it a single?

    That's a Schefflera (Umbrella plant) - so far as I know they're not toxic to cats. Certainly, mine has sampled Schefflera before with no ill effect.

    On a care and feeding note, that one needs more water and a bit more direct sunlight. It should be much smoother and glossier.
