Need Identification

    Hello, first time poster here.

    I took this photo of downtown Edmonton in the summer and I was wondering if anyone knows the name of the plant/bush in the foreground with the pretty blue flowers?

    I agree on the ID, and will add that it is a weed. Pretty, yes, but a nuisance weed.
