In The Garden: need identification please

    I usually have no problem knowing what a plant is, but this one has got me stumped! i have attached a close up shot and a far away shot so you all can see its growing habits and what the leaves and flowers look like, i would really like to know what this plant is , thanks for any help you can give! it is the only one in the area that i have seen.
