Need ID to unique plant

    Ive come across a plant with non petal flowering plant and took pictures of it..Does anyone know what is this plant?

    Una de gato - Uncaria tomentosa or a close relative (ie another Uncaria) The vine/shrub should have recurved thorns like cat's claws at the base of each leaf?

    Interesting to note that the Uncarias are (distantly) related to Gardenias and Coffee.

    Looks like Calliandra emarginata.
