Identification: Need ID for 2 indoor plants

    Those are my other babies. What are their names. The second one we cant see well, but leaves are long and really thin. Which BTW anyone know why the ends of the leaves are getting brown-ish?

    1. Dracaena reflexa 'Variegata', Song of India.
    2. Schefflera elegantissima (syn. Dizygotheca elegantissima), False Aralia.
