    I believe that it is an Acer. Not sure which one.
    Please could you give the date that your picture was taken?

    Yep, Acer ginnala. I'd assume (hope!) the photo was taken in May!

    You had me really puzzled, I thought it was Acer ginnala, but knew it didn't flower in August! Thank you for confirming date pic taken.
