Need help identifying this weed - region: Greater Vancouver Area BC Canada?
The link below is a picture of it. If you can help with tips on how to kill it I'd really appreciate it.

The weed is leafy, stays close to the ground, sometimes grows small petal less flowers and has hairy gray roots... It likes the shade and damper areas...

    Please help!!

    Greetings!

Are you speaking of the leafy green in the photo? If so, I'll shift your post to a plant ID forum as this appears to be a liverwort.

The grayish critter looks like a lichen but I can't see it clearly enough to tell: What I can see looks like a dust lichen, a Lepraria, but that may be because I can't see any structure. If this is the one you are looking at, can you send a closer shot and/or describe more detail? Helpfully, Kildale has just posted a set of lichen photos that may be useful for you to look through http://www.botanicalgarden.ubc.ca/forums/showthread.php?t=69540.

Let me know which one you are interested in?

    Thanks,
