I was walking down the street and I saw this beautifull tree, which produce this yellow flowers . I need to Identify it so I can go and buy seeds for it. Also, I want to know if it is one of the Acacia or Mimosa family.

    Caesalpinia gilliesii.

Ask the owner for seeds, they'll be ripe in a few weeks at most.
They explosively dehisce, so a mesh bag over them may be helpful if you're
not by often enough to harvest them when they begin to brown.
