Need Help with Plant ID

Growing in Eastern Pennsylvania. Starting flowering about a week ago. Looks familiar, but can't place it. Thanks for any help.

 

Looks like Tetradium danielii. Your pics show not the white flowers, but the seeds heads starting to turn red.

thanks alot. Apparently the tree has been there for the last 15 years, and this is the first time it's been id'ed. appreciate the help.
