Need help with plant ID shrub D

    This is a shrub in a friend's garden that I am trying to identify. There are two photos; one with a closeup of the flower.

    Looks like a vine Trachelospermum jasminoides

    It's in the Apocynaceae for sure. Fragrant? My first thought is Taebernaemontana, but the flowers aren't quite right for that....

    Are you absolutely sure it isn't a vine?

    EDIT - Tipularia's got it.

    Previous identification is correct. These are common here. They last until it gets too cold. Sheltered positions in neighborhoods quite near salt water may be able to keep them for long periods. However, Woodinville tends to be a frost pocket, specimen shown, which probably has staking used by the grower inside, is liable to be lost to a cold winter at some point.

    Thank you so much for your ID. I thought it looked like a Jasmine as well. I'll look at it closer today to see if it is actually a vine.
