Need help with palm!

    Any idea what sort of plant this is?
    I'm trying to find out this round palm's:
    1-name, common and Latin
    2-if it's a vine?
    3-native country/region (this pic is from the Amazon)

    The big leaves on the right will belong to a Philodendron or similar tropical vine.
