I was wondering if you could be of some assistance. I live in Niagara Falls Canada and i have had a grapefruit tree that is over 15 years old and Im not sure how to make it fruit. The tree obviously is kept indoors as in winter it easily falls below -15. Any tips?
I decided to grow another tree and its 5 years old.
    Thanks for any assistance.

There have been a number of interesting discussions on this topic. The following search will help in locating them: [search]grapefruit seed* years flower[/search].

I'm having trouble with my potted lemon tree as well, however, a friend of mine has a grapefruit tree that is potted that she brings indoors in the winter....it was doing not so great until she gave it fish oil. After that the thing looked really healthy and even bloomed. The smell was so good that I decided to buy a lemon tree myself :) The only problem I guess would be the initial smell of old rotten fish--unless you bury it deep
