Identification: Need help with ID of tall evergreen shrubs

    The pale green ball, or the cypresses behind the fence?

    Can you get some close-up pics of the foliage?

    It the tall shrub. Unfortunately I am not able to get a close shot as I am no longer at the site.

    Likely a Rhododendron.

    So sorry. I meant the really tall columnar one behind the fence. You are right about the rhododendron.

    Just to make it clear, the two tall trees just behind the fence, on both sides of the brick structure are, as Michael has said, Cypresses.

    Liable to be columnar Italian cypress.
