Need help, what plant is this??

    I get this plant form my friend, he dont know what sort is...me neither!! If u know pls tell me, i want healthy plant ;).....sry for bad eng! Hope pic are good enough. Cheers!!

    Thanks for welcome. It look like hibiscus, but still im not shure.......waiting another opinion!!!

    Hibiscus was going to be my guess as well, but I didn't feel confident enough to say so this morning when I saw the question.

    I dont know for blooming, i have it only for few days. Its winter in my country and i guess if she bloom, she bloom on summer so i need to wait for that ;D. Seems to me she is in perfect shape, for now. In order to maintain that health i must findout what sort is, coz im "noob" and dont know how much light, water...etc she need!

    Tropical hibiscus is a good phrase to use in web searches.

    What I meant: Has the plant ever bloomed for your friend, its previous owner?
    I agree---it looks healthy!
    (Another reason to talk to your friend, if possible: clearly he took good care of it, and could give you helpful information on how to keep it in good condition.)

    That is the problem, he is in prison, dont ask why, and i cant reach him! And also, he get that plant from yet another person that i dont know!!! Huh....i will suppose that is "hibiscus" and try to maintain good care of it!

    Judging by the responses above, seems that we all think your plant is in fact a Hibiscus.
