I planted these flowers from a seed mix, but can not remember what they are called. The flowers are about 2" in diameter, purple fading to white close to the center, center is bright yellow. Each flower has 4 pedals. The green foliage looks like ground cover and they are very thick. I have a great pic. if someone can send me their e-mail address I can send a jpeg of the flower. The flowers are on stems that are now about 1 1/2 - 2 feet tall. They just began to flower on April 18th. I live in central California.

    Thanks all.
