These are growing in dads fields. Can anyone help ID them ? 1. low growing plants with bright red berries growing in clusters. 2 & 3. grow about 1.5-2 feet tall, produce berries in clusters of 3-4, start green, turn deep purple-black 4. low growing plants with these green things on them. 5. almost looks like grape vine, but has no fruit
I'd suggest the fourth photo might be fairy bells, Disporum sp.. You might compare against whatever species of Disporum occur in your area. The fifth one is a grape.
#1 Hard to say without laevas, Actaea rubra may be? http://botit.botany.wisc.edu/images/veg/N.Mesic_incl._tension_zone/Actaea_rubra_VK.html #2,3 Solanum of some kind.
#2 and #3 is a Solanum - nightshade. Probably either glossy/american nightshade (Solanum americanum) or black nightshade (Solanum nigrum). It is a weed, and all parts have a toxic alkaloid, solanine. This web page may be useful in differentiating the different types.
