This may not be the forum but need someone to help or direct me to where I can get this insect identified.

The insect (s) were found on my parent front yard bush in Saskatchewan in the summer after the next door neighbour planted a couple of crabapple trees.

Does anyone know what it is ? or who I can go to to get it identified ?

    thanks
    Terri

It's a Tussock moth, not sure which one you have.
Might be the White-marked Tussock Moth (Orgyia leucostigma )

Incidentally, for insect ID problems in the US and Canada, www.bugguide.net is an excellent resource. From there, you should be able to pin down exactly which species you're looking at (they've got excellent pictorial guides).
