Need help in plant ID

Hello.

After a recent trip to Anza Borego State Park, CA, we got a lot of wildflower photos, most of which we were able to identify. The one in the link below eludes us. Any help in identifying it would be great.

Awesome! Thank you saltcedar! We were on the USDA identification guide wondering whether to call it a bush or sub-bush when I saw the replies...lol.

Yeah, Anza Borego is a pretty cool place, though it can get crowded...especially during the spring blooms.
