Identification: Need help ID'ing round leaf plant

I have attached a picture of a plant my wife just obtained - I could not find anything similar in any of my books. It seems to be orbicular leaves with semi palmate red venation and a very light serrate edge.
I have placed a 6 inch steel ruler next to the "trunk" of the plant.

Any Ideas as to type and care would be appreciated!
