Not too sure if the second is a Cordyline (Ti Plant)ttp://www.rarepalmseeds.com/de/pix/CorTer.shtml

    It almost resembles a Yucca?

All three plants will survive in bright indirect light, the Ti plant and the dieffenbachia can take some sun. Allow the dieff and the Ti plant to dry out between waterings, and you can fertilize them with a regular houseplant fert in the spring and summer. As for the begonia, keep it slighty moist all the time and you can water it from above. Never let it sit in water for too long otherwise it may rot the stems. If some of the stems break off or you decide to prune it back they will easliy root in water. Hope this info helps you out.

Hmm your cordyline could be C. stricta, but I think it is native to Australia...interesting...
