Need Help Identifying

    Wanted to find the name of this plant/grass:


    They were found outside the Delta RCMP office, and I wish to use them in my landscaping project.

    that kind of looks like Delta city hall in the background.....

    as for the plant, it looks to be a grass of some sort but I can't tell any better from the picture, sorry

    I suspect a photograph of it in better light is required. A close-up of the foliage might be helpful too.

    The fountain shape, and what appear to be seed heads would indicate fountain grass (Pennisetum alopecuroides) but a better photograph would help.
